  • Represented a national toy manufacturer facing copyright and trade dress claims. Tamany creatively applied basic contract principles to undermine a competitor’s intellectual property, thereby, clearing the way for her client to remain on the market.
  • Worked with several stock photography companies on how they managed intellectual property rights over a network.
  • Counsel for several digital media companies, including those that operate the most visited websites in the world. 
  • Intellectual property counsel for a large digital media company in Los Angeles, including creative enforcement of its copyrights on digital content it distributes on its highly trafficked YouTube network.
